Welcome to Mini Travel Book. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website [www.minitravelbook.com] (the “Site”) and the purchase of our products. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Mini Travel Book is operated by MINI TRAVEL BOOK, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA, a company incorporated in Spain with registered office at RONDA Sant Pere, 52, 08010, BARCELONA, BARCELONA, CATALUÑA, ESPAÑA, CIF B22983068.

2. Our Products

  • Mini Travel Book creates personalized travel books for children using details and photos you provide.

  • Each book is printed on demand.

  • Product descriptions, images, and previews on the Site are provided in good faith, but small variations (e.g. colors, cropping, paper finish) may occur in the final print.

3. Personalization & Content Uploads

  • You are responsible for ensuring all information, photos, and content you provide are accurate, appropriate, and free of third-party rights.

  • By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that content solely for the purpose of creating and fulfilling your book.

  • You confirm you have the consent of all individuals shown in your photos, especially children, and the legal authority to use them.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if the uploaded content is unlawful, offensive, or violates our policies.

  • You are responsible for reviewing the personalization details you submit before placing your order. Mini Travel Book is not responsible for errors in the personalization details provided by the customer, including spelling mistakes, incorrect names, dates, or other information submitted during the ordering process.

4. Ordering & Contract

  • By placing an order, you acknowledge that your book is manufactured according to your individual specifications and expressly request that we begin production shortly after your purchase.

  • Once you place an order and complete payment, you will receive an order confirmation email.

  • Production may begin shortly after your order has been confirmed. Once production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.

  • We may reject an order if payment fails, content is inappropriate, or stock/service availability is affected.

5. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are shown in Euros (€), inclusive of applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment is due at checkout via the methods displayed on the Site.

  • We may adjust prices, but orders already confirmed are not affected.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Books are printed on demand and shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.

  • Production typically takes 3–5 business days, followed by the estimated shipping time displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary by destination, customs clearance, or carrier delays.

  • For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are your responsibility (unless stated otherwise at checkout).

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Our books are made to your individual specifications and are clearly personalized. In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU (as implemented in the applicable national laws), consumers cannot exercise the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for such personalized products.

  • Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or modified except where required by applicable law.

  • If your book arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your order, please contact us within 10 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue. We will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site (design, text, graphics, trademarks, etc.) is owned by Mini Travel Book or its licensors.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the Site or our products without prior written permission.

9. Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

  • Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Data Protection

  • We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Uploaded photos and personalization data are stored only as long as necessary to create and deliver your order. They are deleted within 60 days after your order is fulfilled.

  • Order details (excluding photos) are retained for up to 6 years to comply with Spanish tax and accounting obligations.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights or jurisdiction that may apply under the laws of the consumer’s country of residence.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on our Site at the time of your order will apply to that purchase.

13. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

  • To improve the personalization of our books, Mini Travel Book may use artificial intelligence tools to help generate draft texts, illustrations, or layouts.

  • Where AI tools are used, all AI-assisted content is reviewed and validated by our team before being included in your book, ensuring it meets our quality standards
